1:1 Postnatal Appointments & Packages

To ensure I can provide safe, effective care, I work with families whose baby:

  • Was attended at birth by a registered health professional (midwife, obstetrician, or GP)

  • Has documented birth weight and newborn health checks

If your situation doesn't fit these requirements, the ABA Helpline (1800 686 268) or LCANZ directory (lcanz.org) can help you find alternative support.

Infant feeding | Infant Sleep | Partner Support

Newborn fourth trimester

    • Full history & feeding + growth assessment

    • Latch and positioning support

    • Assessment of milk transfer and baby's feeding behaviour

    • Discussion of any concerns (supply, pain, sleep, crying, colic, pumping, bottles, supplementation)

    • Written summary with personalised plan

  • 90 minutes

  • $250 AUD

    +Travel calculated from South Golden Beach, NSW at 0.98c per km (round trip)

How It Works

  • You'll receive a brief intake form via email to complete (approx. 10 minutes) so I can learn more about your current situation, your concerns and optimise our consultation time together.

  • We will discuss:

    • Birth history and medical history

    • History of feeding

    • I'll observe a feed (I am happy to review videos prior to our appointment too)

    • We'll discuss any concerns or questions you have

    • I'll assess latch, positioning, and milk transfer

    • I'll provide support and education

    • We'll create a plan together based on your goals

    • You'll receive a written summary within 24 hours

    • We'll discuss next steps for what follow-up support is best suited to your needs
